In Qatar a free zone is an area of land within the country’s borders that is exempt from some of its laws. This means that companies that set up in free zones can have 100% foreign ownership and are exempt from all taxes. However, this comes with the price of having to restrict all your business activities to only the area of the free zone. As such it would be best for you to first take a step back. • Company Registration Fee- QAR 1500- 7500 (this fee depends on the type of company you have registered)
• Fee for approval from immigration- QAR 200
• Fee for selecting your company/trade name- QAR 1000
• Fee to acquire a trade license- QAR 520
• Fee for the approval of your Articles of Association- QAR 1500
• Fee for the issuance of your commercial residence- QAR 1500- 7000 (this fee depends on the type of company you have registered)
• Fee for the issuance of your municipality license- QAR 200
• Fee for your company seal- QAR 100
